EXTENDED SIGN-UP DEADLINE: Thursday, February 9th Grand Prize: $500

Want amazing odds for a chance to win $500? Enter the Ford design contest!

In a team of 3-5 people, your task is to come up with a creative modification of a Ford vehicle. The final deliverable is a one-page summary and an illustration. You will then present to Ford representatives on the U of I campus on February 17th to compete for big prizes!!!

2. ME for Me! Conference

On Saturday, February 18th ASME will be hosting its 9th Annual M.E. For Me!

Conference. This all day event is geared towards showing students in Mechanical Engineering the vast opportunities that await them in industry.

Featuring speakers from such companies as Caterpillar, Ford, GE, Kimberly-Clark, Shell, and Roll-Royce, this event also includes lunch at Za's, a design contest, and a prize raffle.

Come help out ASME with our EOH projects. This Thursday will be the first day for actually building the projects, so come lend a hand.
